I don’t know about you, but 2019 has zoomed in with force at the New Dynamic. I like what I’m seeing this year, starting with the decoupling of Ghost and Kirby, two great open source CMSs, which can now be used with your JAMstack projects. As John O'Nolan and Aileen Nowak said in their announcement post for Ghost:
Building sites in this way has become known as the JAMstack - (as in JavaScript, APIs, Markup) - and has been progressing rapidly for some time. When you start to look at the bigger picture of the content mesh, it really starts to feel like an inevitable future is upon us.
I’m also happy to see progress on incremental regeneration by Tanner Linsley, creator of React Static, which will solve the problem of generating larger sites, or media sites that count on resonding quickly to changes.
And we’re just getting started…
