Hey everyone! I don’t know if you’ve seen the same as we have, but it seems Twitter and Instagram are full of people either getting very fit, or people (me) who are walking less than 10 steps a day and are eating a lot of comfort food.
Todays top pick has helped me move from being sedentary to active, and I hope it does the same for you!
