Read. Watch. Listen.
I really am very done with this hot weather now and I find it funny how upset people get when you say such a thing. I mean, imagine if we had unrelenting snow for this many weeks. The world as we know it would be laid to waste.
I’ve also been suffering with a muscle spasm in my back. Fortunately the heady combination of 100 degree heat and prescription medication has meant listening, watching and reading is just about all I have been able to do.
It has got me thinking about the extent to which unusual weather patterns and drugs might affect your perception of things. The fact there is a song by The Chainsmokers in the listen section today is surely evidence that the impact is really quite significant.
As always, please get in touch with your own comments and thoughts on the below. If you enjoy this email even a tiny little bit I would be hugely grateful if you told people about it at work, in the pub, on social media or wherever you are hanging out this weekend.
Until the next one,
Rob x
