We hope you have been enjoying the summer and keeping well. The coming few weeks are very exciting with a lot planned, so stay tuned for a breakdown of our debut **Research Course**, New Ambassador Applications and an event on the Controversies of Mesh for pelvic organ prolapse!

Research Course - applications close in 3 days
The British Undergraduate Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is pleased to announce our first ever week long Research Skills for Obstetrics and Gynaecology Crash Course!
This will be run from 12-17 July and deadline for applications is 20 June, so apply now via the link below - course places are limited and under high demand!
A call for New Ambassadors!
Show your commitment to the O&G specialty by working with The BUSOG to represent your medical school nationally!
We are looking for one enthusiastic student from each Medical School to be a part of an official BUSOG ambassador for the academic year 2021-22.

The Controversies of Mesh Event
Ever heard of the scandalised mesh and wondered what all the fuss is about? Pelvic mesh is a highly controversial topic spoken about extensively in the media due to complications that have arisen long after implantation.
