What’s new? A lot of things happened during the past two weeks in the beta testing world and here are our top 3 highlights. In today’s edition:
- 🎤 The future of TikTok the US
- 🎮 LOL Wild Rift closed beta
- 📲 Samsung’s OneUI 3.0 preview
Plus new updates for Facebook, Google and Other apps down below.
This story seemed to be almost over. US government signed an agreement that TikTok will store its data about US users on Oracle clouds. No bans or any other major changes. Likely, it won’t affect US users as much as it was expected at the beginning but this is still uncertain.
League of Legends is one of the most popular MOBA games in the world. Riot games finally moving towards serious mobile gaming and Wild Rift is exactly what all mobile gamers were waiting for. The closed beta is only available for players in South Asia so far, but you already can pre-register and opt-in to the beta release via Google Play.
Many of you just received OneUI 2.5 while version 3.0 was already pushed as a developer’s preview to Korean devs. It will take a while until we all will be able to participate in the beta testing but you already can get an idea of how Android 11 looks like on Samsung devices.
This week I’ve tried to double down on content curation and I’ve selected news about app updates that some of you probably already can try yourself. But before that, I also released a minor update for our TestingCatalog app on Android. Now it uses default browser to open opt-in pages and you can see a real rating of all the apps that are based on the number of sign-ups through TestingCatalog. Check the app to find out which beta apps got the most opt-ins during the past 3 years 🔥
And some new apps that were added to the catalog this week 📩
