Greetings!
We are always trying to find a way to focus on the information you are interested in and it won’t be possible without your feedback! Please let us know in your reply about what Android topics/apps/devices you are interested in. Any information will be super helpful.
Let’s dig deeper into what has happened in the Android world during this week.
#BetaApps
We published 3 new early access apps on
TestingCatalog since the last email and you can find them down below.
#SocialApps
Instagram is working on a lot of different changes and most of them are not publicly available yet. Some of them are really interesting and I hope that we will see them on our phones very soon.
- Maps sticker
- New boomerang effects
- Share from direct to story
- A new curation UI for saved collections
There are of course more of them and you can find the rest in our
@socialapps channel on Telegram or
Twitter.
Speaking of Twitter, they are preparing
a new feature for lists which will allow users to pin them to their profiles. Apart from that, during the recent live stream by Twitter founder, @Jack mentioned that they are not likely to add a tweet edit button. So, if you were hoping for that, now it is the time to stop.
#GoogleApps
Google Play got a couple of interesting updates this week as well. First of all, they released a new UI to leave reviews on the apps list page.
#MicrosoftApps
MS launcher got
a new major update to version 6. I like how Microsoft is evolving during the past 5 years and such frequent updates to their apps is definitely a good signal for its users.
#Phones
Speaking about leaks, I guess that the recent picture of an
upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 was the most noticeable. Which is understandable because Samsung S series always attracts a lot of attention.
These are probably the most interesting highlights from our side. Which section did you like the most?
Have a great day!
