A total of £58.49 million was raised by 17 technology companies (4 FinTechs, 2 EnergyTechs and 2 EdTechs) over the last 7 days bringing the total for 2019 to £476.31 million:

  1. Bath based SportTech company GroupMove (t/a MoveGB), which allows you to exercise how, when and where you want has exceeded it’s Series A crowdfunding target with pledges of £1.14 million.
  2. Cheltenham based Robotics company Service Robotics (t/a GenieConnect), which offers companion robot managed service for older and vulnerable adults has exceeded it’s Pre-Seed crowdfunding target with pledges of £170k.
  3. London based TransportTech company Cazana, which offers vehicle data, valuations and audience for the future of mobility has exceeded it’s Series B crowdfunding target with pledges of £1.07 million which is led by £923k from Passion Capital, David Hammond and ex-RAC managing director Robert Diamond.
  4. London based TravelTech company Zeelo, which offers personalised shared transportation has raised £4.25 millionSeries A investment from InMotion ventures, Dynamo Accelerator & Fund, Jaguar Land Rover, Liam Griffin, ETF Partners and Michael Liebreich.
  5. London based FinTech company CloseCross, which offers a decentralised democratised derivatives market has raised £2.3 million Seed investment from Amnis Ventures.
  6. Oxford based ManuTech company Bodle Technologies, which develops reflective display technology for applications that include wearables, IoT displays and eReaders has raised £6 million Series A investment from Parkwalk Advisors, Woodford Patient Capital Trust, Oxford Sciences Innovation, Oxford Technology and Innovations EIS Fund.
  7. London based FinTech company Copa Fin (t/a Cobalt), which is focused on re-engineering the institutional FX market from the ground up has raised undisclosed sum from IHS Markit.
  8. London based FinTech company Mimiro (previously known as-ComplyAdvantage), which offers an AML Data and Surveillance Platform has raised £22.92 million Series B investment from Index Ventures and Balderton Capital.
  9. Huddlesfield based EdTech company Sporting Age, which helps kids improve physical literacy has raised £80kPre-Seed investment from Sporting Capital.
  10. Cambridge based MedTech company Sphere Fluidics, which is commercialising single cell analysis systems raised £1.53 million Series D investment from Greenwood Way Capital, Oxford Technology, Innovations EIS Fund and 24Haymarket.
