These last few weeks have been tough. After the move, I immediately got sick and I’m still recovering. I’m feeling much better but still not quite at 100% so trying to listen to my body. I’ve also noticed that the universe has been sending signs nudging me to rest more and write more. I’m not sure what it means but I’m leaning into that and seeing where it takes me.
On the writing note, I wrote a new blog post on the importance of sleep along with some tips to help you sleep better. Take a read and add some of your favorite sleep tips in the comments.
Also don’t forget to set your clocks back this weekend. I’m personally looking forward to some extra sleep. What will you do with your extra hour?? Hit reply and let me know.
