Good news is that I did the Hot Chocolate Run last Sunday and I walked the whole thing! I was able to finish it in 53 minutes (yay!) and then indulged in all of the chocolate goodness
Bad news is that I did the Hot Chocolate Run
last Sunday and I was still sick from the previous week so I got a little worse (sad panda). A cynic would say, that’s what you get for doing healthy, exercise-y things, right? :) Official word is that I have a sinus infection (I know right? Like again?)
so I’m doing the antibiotic thing. My plan is to take it easy this weekend, rest and get caught up on shows (because seriously who did Annalise murder this season?
I feel like I’ve been sick more this year than ever before so that may be my body’s way of screaming at me to slow down. And self-care. I’m not sure what that looks like but I’m definitely limiting my evening activities a bit for the next couple weeks so hopefully that’ll help. I am also really trying to be super intentional about the extra things I say yes to.
