Some M&A this week, some notable investment rounds – more than anything, we’re seeing more debt vehicles raised to fuel the growth of online lending (Pave: $300M, Bizfi: $65M, for example). 
Perhaps the most interesting, though lightly reported, news to come out this week is the SEC’s approval for to issue stock via the blockchain (link included below). We’ve gone from talking about the potential of cryptocurrencies to cryptosecurities. This begs the question: what will capital markets and market structures look like in the future?
