I am currently reading “The Challenger Sale” and the “The Challenger Customer” from Dixon and Adamson. It provides great insights, content and some nice research, about why and how you want to act as a “challenger” in sales. The only thing is, it is actually terrible to read. Fortunately there is already a summary. Check it out, because it is very interesting.
