With Memorial Day weekend and the unofficial start of the summer upon us, I am doing an abbreviated version this week. This is a time to honor those that sacrificed for our freedom. I will be completing Murph with most other crossfiters around the country as a way to show our appreciation. While this is a weekend of remembrance, it is also a time to get outside and enjoy the company of friends and family. Our relationships are what make our lives special.
