As much as I love being an entrepreneur, it can be really draining sometimes🥵
Between marketing⚡, customer success, sales, and maintaining my sanity🤪, it feels like I’m being pulled in a 100 different directions every single day!😱

I’ve discovered (all too late), that an effective solution to this problem is delegation🤝
Wherever possible, handing off a task to someone who has less on their plate👍 goes a long way in staying on top of the madness😅, and honestly, in the long run, it helps grow the business faster💨
In fact, the principle of delegation is so effective that a bunch of heroic people🦸‍♂️ around the world have even built their own businesses around taking this delegated work off the hands of overworked entrepreneurs to make their lives easier😎
This week we were lucky enough to speak with one of those noble individuals💬
Preston Martelly🕺, is the founder and CEO of Javalogix, a full-service, Montreal-based agency that handles digital marketing for small business owners who neither have the time nor the know-how to run their own leadgen campaigns🤔
In our conversation Preston told us about:
✅ How he chooses his ideal customers🎯
✅ How he helps solve the time crunch problem that so many entrepreneurs face⚡
✅ And of course, how he’s using TARS chatbots to deliver real value🤖
If you’re interested in learning more about Preston’s amazing story, listen to the full interview below👇
