Sick and tired of the form’s ever-growing hold of the world around them, the employees of Tars decided that they were going to do something about their situation. They built a tool that allowed business to build web-based chatbots to replace their forms.
They even went a ahead and used that tool to build their own chatbot for their own company (you can find it on the bottom right corner of our landing page). The form’s hold was beginning to loosen and the future seemed bright!
Until disaster struck! They made an update to the flow and their bot stopped collecting leads like it was supposed to. They managed to fix it soon enough, but they were ever-haunted by the specter of their bots having lower conversion rates than the dreaded forms. Thankfully, Vinit, (a member of their tech guild), created an Analyze section which helped them optimize their bot and bring the conversion rates back up to a healthy level again.
