Government website optimization, citizen experience, and more...

Whether you are a multinational bank or a neighborhood pizza store, customers want access to your services on their terms.
While you’re reading this, they’ve already ordered 1000+ pizzas 🍕online (the pizza stats suggest we order 350/sec).
The online experience has made things super accessible for the public that they have grown accustomed to being able to access everything from food to their health records to their bank information at their fingertips and they expect the same from local governments.
And, the local governments are dependent on their websites for accessibility and customer support. But, government websites are infamously confusing.

Citizens have to go through a maze of pages and PDFs to find the information they are looking for and often the correct resource isn’t mobile optimized. This is a recipe for operational inefficiency, citizen frustration, and low participation in community initiatives and policies.
This is where chatbots come into the picture. Using this no-code chatbot technology, government agencies can deliver experiences to their citizens 24x7, automate 70% of the customer support queries and save thousands of dollars annually.
That being said, we’re hosting a bunch of sessions this month around government website optimization, citizen experiences, and many more.
First, tomorrow (Sept 7 at 12 PM EDT), we’re hosting a webinar to show you how chatbots can help in making information more accessible and consumable to average citizens. We call it Bot-enhanced Navigation (BEN).

Second, on September 14 at 12 PM EDT, we’re collaborating with the folks at Revize (one of the government website experts) to show you how municipal governments can deliver a better citizen experience by implementing simple, but effective changes to their website. Using the tactics that we share in this session, you can make your agency’s services more accessible, reduce the burden on your human agents and increase customer satisfaction.

And, on September 21 at 12 PM EDT, we’re hosting a session to share how using no-code chatbot technology, government agencies can deliver mobile-optimized experiences to their citizens with the existing resources that they have, and in this webinar, we’ll show you how that technology works 👇
Phew, that’s all I’ve got for today.
P.S. Even if you’re not able to make it to the live session, register for the webinars and we’ll send you the recordings after each session is done.
