Before we start with the regular content: Quick reminder that we’re hosting a webinar today (1/8) at 1PM EST on appointment booking chatbots😮. There’s still time to secure your spot over 👉HERE👈
Now back the regularly scheduled content👇

I’d like to think I’m a pretty easy-going guy😎
I don’t really have any pet peeves🤙 and I’m really good at respecting my colleagues’ bizzarre breakroom fridge requirements (Vinit, from the TARS tech team insists that we reserve the top shelf of the fridge for his hobby arctic fungi culture🍄)
BUT…
There is one increasingly common occurrence that boils my blood 😐
Every so often, I’ll get an email from a marketer asking me to look into why their bot isn’t converting, and when I open up the bot I’m greeted with this👇
I don’t get it!🤷‍♂️
What do they expect to happen when they send a literal wall of text to their prospects?!📄📄📄
Of course they aren’t going to convert! 🤯
That’s why we add so many gifs in these newsletters!!!😩
Anywaaaaaaaaaays all of my ranting aside, to combat this issue we created a guide explaining how you can/should keep your chatbot messages concise to guarantee more conversions!📈
Thankfully for you, the guide is in video format, so you don’t have to read anything👍
Did you enjoy this issue?
