I got a new credit card the other day, and the whole experience was surprisingly good?!

It all started last Monday when I accidentally walked into my local Bank of America branch thinking that it was a Panda Express (their red branding and distinct smell of Orange Chicken threw me off).
By the time I realized my error, I was sitting in weirdly comfortable chair, talking to my new “relationship manager” about FICO scores and which NFL team’s logo I wanted on my Cash Rewards card.
The whole process took about 10 minutes and it was especially weird, because I live in Bangalore where we neither have Bank of America nor do we have Panda Express.

Anyways, little did I know that on the back-end of that seamless process was a well-oiled, machine of sales, marketing, IT and support teams working tirelessly to ensure that I got the credit card
