Lately, however, we’ve been having a bit of an existential crisis.

What is the point of a higher conversion rate on your PPC campaigns?
Don’t get me wrong, conversion rate is important, BUT it’s not the only thing out there worth obsessing about! There is a whole world of weird metrics out there worthy of attention
Just this past week, I was going through our archive when I found a pretty awesome case study about how chatbots help improve Lead Quality.
The basic idea is that your customers prefer interacting with a chatbot than they do with a website allowing you to have longer more meaningful interactions with them, which in turn allows for significant lead qualification.
