Recently, I’ve been brainstorming again in the hiring space. Hiring is broken. No one wants to give 5 interviews in 10 companies to get the right offer.
What if we can standardize the interview process?
As a candidate, you give it once and your profile is built on various technical and soft skills. Sort of a GRE score, if you will.
As a recruiter, you provide the list of required skills with the corresponding expected levels and get a list of matching candidates.
It’s not a unique idea though. It all comes down to execution. The good part is, I have a business model in mind!
