Happy Summer northern hemisphere folks! I’m taking it a bit easy but we’ll continue with the monthly Bots&Beer and Online Robotics Job Fair. Keep posting your resumes or positions to https://svrobo.org/robojobs though it might take a couple of days before you see the positions online.
We’ll be starting up some hybrid events in the latter half of 2021, however online has had many benefits. What sort of events and networking would be most useful for you?
We’re also holding DIY Robocars at Circuit Launch again :) BTW Circuit Launch now has a biolab and will be kitting out some new office areas if you’re looking for an affordable flexible place to develop or expand your company. There is a waiting list!
What trade shows do you want to attend? CES? Something else? What industry associations are relevant to your market? I will be working with IEEE RAS to set up a food processing robotics industry committee and an agricultural robotics industry committee, having just launched a construction robotics committee. More details soon - but you can help me plan for the next couple of years with your answers!
