Ikea ends US sales on Amazon
This follows other brands leaving the platform in recent years; Birkenstock in 2016 said it would no longer sell its products on Amazon after a surge in counterfeit sales, and Nike in November 2019 announced it was exiting the platform.

Holiday retail sales increased 3.4%
Excluding the auto sector, holiday retail sales increased by 3.4%, according to Mastercard’s SpendingPulse “Holiday E-Commerce Report." E-commerce sales rose by 18.8% during the 2019 holiday season, up from the 18.4% growth rate of 2018, the report found.

Consumers' common return reason? Wrong color, size or fit
Sixty-seven percent of U.S. consumers felt that returns were easy, but 26% of them felt that returns were just OK and 7% said that returns were difficult, according to a report from customer experience platform Narvar. The report found that the top reason why consumers returned goods from Amazon (34%) and other retailers (46%), was the wrong size, fit or color.
