Amazon deploys 'Pegasus' robots in sortation centers
Amazon is using a new robot for sortation operations that, like its fulfillment center kin, is bright orange and about shin height from the ground. But instead of being outfitted to move shelves of inventory, this bot, called Pegasus, has a small conveyer belt on top of it, allowing it to receive a package and deposit it in the correct location within the center.

Walmart's grocery delivery outranks Amazon, survey says
Based on responses, 29% of consumers ranked Walmart the best for delivery, followed by Amazon at 25%. Local grocers, Kroger and Target rounded out the top five. The two retail giants are also getting closer when it comes to market share. About 23% of those surveyed said they buy groceries online at Walmart and 25% purchase from Amazon, the survey found.

Google update lets brands shine in search results
Organic listings will show a brand’s favicon — the icon associated with a URL — next to the page title, giving website publishers a chance to stand out among search results. Google published a guide to help websites ensure that their favicons stand out in organic search results.
