As you look into 2021, think about the rhythms that drive each quarter, and identify your “big 3” for each.
Here are some of the rhythms that we discussed in our workshop
Q1: Launching new systems, processes, activating delegation, and releasing strong marketing and new offers
Q2: Working and harvesting the new offers, producing new content, and able to scale because of proper delegation
Q3: Reflection, learning, rest, dreaming, new projects (website refresh, etc.)
Q4: Conduct audits, take inventory, prepare and reconnect with the vision
