Feature of the month:
Shared Memory for Masterbots 🧠
Following the introduction of Masterbots in Smarlty.AI we received many valuable feedback, thanks for that.
One of them was the need to have a memory space that can be used by all the bots working with the masterbot. It is now live and the name of the value is shared_value.
The shared memory object is available across the whole bot team

Activity Logs 📝
Working as a team on a bot project is great, but sometimes you also need to keep track of all the changes.
That’s exactly the goal of the Activity logs feature. it allows you to know the date and author of all the significant actions that can occur in a bot life such as:
  • Intent creation, update, deletion,
  • Model training,
  • Conversation tree modification,
  • Escalation on a conversation,…
You can upload the logs of the last 30 days by clicking this button.
From the bot settings you can get a CSV file with all the activity logs
