David Changâs Unified Theory of Deliciousness
If you want to read about passion, read about chefs. This interview with David Chang is a great start: âNormally we think of a balanced dish as being neither too salty nor undersalted. I think thatâs wrong. When a dish is perfectly seasoned, it will taste simultaneously like it has too much salt and too little salt. It is fully committed to being both at the same time.â Brilliant.

But apart from the fact those formats are the best, these guys are just as passionate about their profession as chefs are. And thatâs great to watch!Â

Remumber
Children donât know phone numbers by heart anymore. Cause they all have a smartphone. Thatâs why Missing Children Europe made #Remumber. It changes the passcode of kidsâ smartphone into a selected phone number. I like these smart, simple concepts. But ofcourse, itâs not able for iPhone because Apple wonât let you work with their default settings.
