Good news, the Raiders won their opening matchup versus the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night. It was an official blessing to the Silver and Black’s new home in Vegas.

Bad news, Vegas almost didn’t win. Even worse, Denzelle Good went down with a season-ending injury.

Otherwise, we loved seeing all the Silver and Black on the strip after Monday’s win. I hope the hangover wasn’t too real. We all wish we were there!

Injuries Create Opportunities For This Former Starter

Peyton Barber will get a bigger role in the offense with Josh Jacobs out, per Jon Gruden. The former Buccanneers and Washington runner accumulated 2,245 carries and 19 touchdowns in five seasons.

P.S.: The Raiders also brought back 2018 undrafted free agent signing to help them out at guard. Jordan Simmons joins the team from Seattle.

Odds: Steelers -6.5, O/U 47

Money Line: Steelers at -235, Raiders at +205

The average ticket is $110 per SeatGeek.

Fun Stat: The Steelers are 13-7, +530 against the spread playing with normal rest. The Raiders are 1-3, -230 ATS playing on a short week.

All-Time Record: Vegas leads 16-13 all-time.

Key Prop: Darren Waller’s receptions at 6.5 and yards at 77.5. Waller surpassed both marks last week. The Steelers also let the Bills TE Dawson Knox finish with four catches and more than 40 yards. No reason Waller can’t pass these numbers considering how much Carr loves him.

Injuries: Raiders will play without Richie Incgnito, Josh Jacobs and Nick Kwiatkowski. Carl Nassib, Yannick Ngakoue and Darius Philon are all questions on the d-line.

Pittsburgh only has one player ruled out as of Saturday night. CB Joe Haden, LB Devin Bush and TE Zach Gentry were all listed as questionable.

Around the AFC West: Chargers play the Cowboys, the Chiefs play the Ravens and the Broncos play the Jaguars. All teams could go undefeated again.
