Bots, AI, API-based SaaS… you’d be forgiven for thinking that apps were passé judging from the tech press, but we’ve been here before. Software agents, anyone? Still, we can’t ignore the very real momentum and money flowing into this new breed of nowhere-but-everywhere software. Much like ASPs of the oughts paved the way for SaaS, timing is everything.
Meanwhile, we (re)visit a refresher on what defines an MVP, sample SaaS metrics across a variety of early stage companies and get a glimpse of the near future of biocomputing.
