Get support on your Net-Zero housing journey
SHAP gives us a ‘safe haven’ to learn and to share risk and rewards, giving us the confidence to go for it!” - David Hannon, Development Director, Rooftop Housing
SHAP is a thinking, connecting, doing organisation - focused on creating zero carbon housing. Part of its role is think-tank ideation – identifying new and emerging ideas from retrofit, housing and fuel poverty work, to foster new approaches and create new implementation routes.
SHAP’s involvement in several retrofit and fuel poverty projects over the past two years has demonstrated how its Board and Associates team are helping to lead new approaches to retrofit and sustainable housing.

Help steer Net Zero collaboration
Next month, SHAP will be bringing together Asset Managers from across the Midlands to form the new Net Zero Steering Group. The group’s aim is to share knowledge and best practice on how to achieve Net Zero in our housing stock and - importantly - the group will be chaired and led by members themselves.
Net Zero Meeting date: Online, 0900-1000hrs, Weds 15 Sept 2021
If you are responsible for your housing stock’s low/zero carbon implementation, let’s join forces and make progress on our common challenges and targets.
Contact us to see how you can get involved in the group.
