SHAEF Virtual Christmas Quiz - Thursday 17th December, 8pm

Thursday evening of the week before Christmas has become customary over the last few years for the SHAEF Shifters Christmas quiz and this year is no different.

Obviously we cannot do it in person this year, but that won’t stop us. For 2020, we’ll be reverting to a virtual quiz via Zoom.

The event will open from around 7:30pm for anyone to join, then from 8pm we’ll start with an intro to the quiz, split ourselves into teams and then off we will go. I’d expect the quiz to complete at around 9:30pm but that does depend a little bit on how long  you all need to answer the questions! We’ll also award the winner of the SHAEF shield, based on 2020 performances.

Entry is free and no prizes apart from some club bragging rights. Those joining should be upto date SHAEF members, but we won’t stop people from taking part as we are a very welcoming crew. Also, if the quiz doesn’t convince you to sign up or renew then nothing will!

There was some feedback last year that the questions were a bit too straightforward, so I have taken the liberty of ratcheting up the difficulty this time around.

Good luck all, and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible for an evening of fun. No conformation of attendance needed in advance, and teams will be set on the night at random.
