The past few weeks I have been in a busy, busy mental space. Suddenly swamped with infinite time that I had to fill up doing ALL OF THE THINGS. Now I am very tired. Yes, I feel more relaxed but I reckon because I am super excited, have been rushing myself with one task or another and haven’t really had time where I scheduled zero things into my calendar. Next week there will be many many blank spaces. I cannot wait.
My brain is a bit fried and my body is a bit tired so I must go and tend to myself. Apologies for the brief email this week. But! I hope you will take this as a gentle reminder too, to look into your schedule for next week and ask yourself:
Do I need to do all of these things I scheduled? Can I move them around so I can create more space to pause?
