I have been pondering a lot about stress and tension and how our body and mind holds and processes these emotions consciously or unconsciously. I haven’t quite figured out how I want to talk about it, but it goes something like this: the body shows grief before the mind does.
I’ll share more once I’ve got the words sorted out in my head. Until then, remember to check in with your body. Stand up and wiggle around. Notice what feels tense. Wiggle wiggle.
