What am I reading? 📚
Diwali in Muzaffarnagar by Tanuj Solanki - It’s a collection of short stories depicting the lives of middle class people. I’ve just read one short story and it was good. After finishing the book I’ll post the review on my Goodreads account.
In the Footsteps of Rama by Vikrant Pande and Neelesh Kulkarni - The authors travelled along the route which was followed by Shri Rama during his exile. It is a travelogue filled with local folklore, cultural history and excerpts from religious texts.

Beditation 🛌🏼 - Every night when you’re trying to sleep (or struggling), you have a lot of thoughts. I know. But, resist them! Instead, close your eyes while lying down and start to meditate.
Benefits : Even if you don’t get time to meditate during the day, you’ll still meditate for few minutes everyday. Seeing it’s benefits might encourage you to start meditating in the morning as well.
Also, this will help you sleep faster.
