Being late, new words and a Pharmaceutical joke - Issue #15

Oh hi, sorry for being late. But atleast be thankful that you received this newsletter as I was planning its untimely demise, due to some personal reasons, but then I didn’t, due to some personal reasons.
Idk why but I love repeating words or phrases when I’m writing (due to some personal reasons?)

What am I reading? 📚
Notes from the underground - I’ve the book “Crime and Punishment” but it’s quite lengthy, so, I thought of reading Notes from the underground as a sort of introduction to Dostoyevsky. I read few pages but it didn’t hold my attention. Whom shall I blame? My attention, most probably.
Might try again this week.
Try this out 👨‍🔬
Create new words - Shakespeare is often held up as a master neologist, because at least 500 words appear first in his works.
Creating new words might seem simple. But I don’t think this is the case. I’ve a goal on my ‘Balti list’ to create a new word every month.
I created this new word today - ‘Marvelised’ (NSIDB). It means excessive obsession with Marvel superhero movies to an extent that you start thinking why did they kill Iron man, or you start saying I love you 3000 to your friends. Eg - Forget the children even the adults are getting marevlised.
This word seems quite unoriginal, tbh. I hope to produce few out of the box words in the future.
Reply to this email with any new word which you’ve created.
