Hey 👋
I’m Sam and welcome to my once-a-month newsletter. Each month I share the latest digital products, fascinating articles and resources from some of the best new and established online creatives.
What’s new
Don’t worry this isn’t another 2020 year in review. I can’t bear to read another one of those. Instead, I’ve been thinking a lot about the objective of this newsletter.
I’ve almost hit the 2k mark which is pretty wild considering I only created it 6 months ago, however, it still lacks distinct purpose and needs a mission.
So I want to take this opportunity to learn more about you, and what simulates and drives that curious mind of yours so I can provide you with more value each month. The form below takes just 2 mins to complete and would mean a lot 🙏🏻
Onto last months numbers:
📈 December: Open Rate 41% | CTR 34%

🐦 Tweet of the month
Paul Yacoubian recently pointed out OpenAI’s latest update to GTP-3 - called DALL·E. In short, it creates images from text captions. Check out some of the wild examples below! 🤯 Is the end for designers?

My mind is totally blown again.

OpenAI just built an ai that generates images just as GPT-3 generates words for us at https://t.co/3MbLWEzu88.

Here are 4 examples of what the visuals it generated from simple text inputs👇. Link to blog post at the bottom. https://t.co/xcDgTJ1P9o
⚡️ Flashback
I’ll leave you with this eerily accurate depiction of IBM’s FaceTime ‘like’ set up as shown in the 1968 film ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’. 🤯
