This week SCI opened the doors of its Washington D.C. office to Senate and House staffers from both sides of the aisle along with members of the conservation community to take a hunter education course taught by Congressman Bob Latta of Ohio. Not only is this helping ensure the continuation of our hunting traditions, it also helps these individuals (many of whom work on natural resources issues on Capitol Hill) understand the role that hunting plays in conservation. SCI thanks Congressman Latta and Ohio DNR!
