The World is on Fire 🔥 #155

Hi everybody,
I had prepared a different intro for this issue, but I couldn’t skip what’s been happening in the past few weeks. In fact, I’ve been procrastinating on getting this issue out.
This issue’s title comes from something I’ve been caught saying in the conversations I’ve had over the past few weeks. Multiple global issues, affecting everyone and with no signs of letting-up. Racism, pandemics, environment, politics, recession. The future is more unclear than ever, yet everyone is planning for “when we return to normal.”
We can’t return to normal. We have to keep moving forwards.
I encourage every reader here to listen, learn and understand what #blacklivesmatter is doing before trying to offer solutions or getting into debate. It’s a reminder to me that much more has to be done. For me, that starts by educating myself and my children. The hard work begins now.
Thanks for reading this issue,
✊ Ross
