It’s been a week, but I’m still sharing the best on the web on Growth, Strategy and Design.
It is more important at this time to not cut costs, but to Grow Sales!
That’s not to say to stop your learning loops. If anything, they need to be much shorter now. If something isn’t working or as well as it can, either don’t do anymore or redesign it. In my example, webinars
work really well, but podcasts have very little link to a sales conversation. Choose carefully where you invest your time before scaling up.
