A week of old-school fun

The Rice Digital Weekly Digest
The Rice Digital Weekly Digest
Completely coincidentally, it seems this week on Rice Digital has mostly been looking back at a variety of older titles – ranging from the “recent old” (Cyberpunk 2077) to the “actually old” (Doukyuusei).
The fact that these games still all have plenty to talk about is one of the reasons we do things the way we do at Rice Digital. So far as we’re concerned, the latest and greatest stuff is all well and good – but something doesn’t stop being interesting or relevant just because it’s a few months or years old.
On the contrary, there are so many games that have been released over the years that there’s still tons out there ripe for exploring in detail. So that’s exactly what we’re going to continue doing along the way – and we hope you enjoy!

The weekly waifu (and husbando)
Yes, we post a weekly article about pretty men as well as one about pretty girls. And we have been doing so for quite a while now. Some guy in the comments this week seemed to have a real issue with this for some inexplicable reason, so I’d just like to say if you do have a problem with this, we most certainly will make a lot of jokes at your expense behind your back, and we absolutely will have a lot of fun doing so.

And that’s your lot for another week! Here’s hoping you’re not melting too much in the sudden onset of nicer weather (at least here in the UK) – if you are, I prescribe a strong dose of sitting inside with a fan blasting you while you play video games! That’s my plan for the rest of this weekend, anyway.
