It’s our favorite season, and the city is on fire with color, fallen leaves and students returning to school. As we reflect on our 15 years in business, it’s a time of abundance at refine+focus. Whether as social marketers or innovation strategists, staying close to the customer has always been our priority. This practice allows us to listen better: to design product, marketing and communication strategies that work.
As we approach 2020, we’re continuing this commitment while refining our focus to customer experience strategy. With these changes come new services, which include: customer research, value proposition design, marketing, product and communication services. We are also increasing our work with mission-driven companies, both for-profit and nonprofit, and we are excited to help them realize meaningful changes in the world.
