I have a real ask. If you’ve gotten value from my work on weight loss then I’d like something from you: your unique perspective. I’m building a coaching product that I believe is the missing link between the ideas in my writing and your real-life. In order to make something actually useful I’d like to hear from you.
Click here for my super-slick survey. It’s 20 questions, most are multiple choice, yes/no, or a rating. Meaning, it won’t take that much time. It’s also completely anonymous. This isn’t any sort of pitch. This is real market research.
Please send it to anyone you know who has struggled with their weight. Thank you

not another diet!
This won’t take but a few minutes and it would mean the world to me.

What I See as Effective Coaching
by Duncan Riach, Ph.D. | Oct, 2020
Why do I need another person to help? Why can’t I just pull myself up by my own bootstraps? The main issues are unconscious; I don’t know what I don’t know. I need another organism to introduce new information. But it’s usually not expertise or advice that I need; I can gather information on my own. What I usually need most from the outside is a different perspective on my unique situation.  An effective coach has the skill and experience to curiously explore my inner-world and its relationship with my outer world, helping me to discover the internal dynamics of my current situation that are preventing it transforming into what I desire.
