Happy new year! It has been a minute.
How are you all doing? I have been great and a lot has happened recently.
Let’s get right down to this anyway.
On the 1st, everyone was excited, I mean, it was a new year, why wouldn’t anyone be?
There were resolutions, prayers, desires and goals written down in the spirit of a new season.
What should this mean for writers?
It means that anytime is a great time to have a writing goal ESPECIALLY, a new year.
A new year provides the feeling of a fresh start and you can take advantage of it.
Some days ago, I asked my mentees to share a bit of their writing goals with me and I loved their responses.
Do you have writing resolutions for the year?
Whether yes or no, you can be inspired by these ones.
1.   Show up consistently
2.   Write everyday
3.   Read daily
4.   Have your personal blog
5.   Pick a specialty in writing
6.   Try something new with writing
7.   Be shameless about your Art
You can add more and even better.
Does this help?
I hope it does.
Have a great week.
Till we see when we see…
Happy New Year
