Many organisations are concerned about those whose needs go unmet. Lockdown has prompted organisations to think about how clients find out about, access, and move between services.
Throughout July we’ll be working with partners to discover how we can deliver effective and accessible services together. We’ll explore coordination, communication, entry points, triage processes, shared needs assessments and referral routes.
