How many of our lifestyle habits are causing more harm than anything else

The WHO (World Health Organisation) reported about the “other pandemic” that has been a crisis for much longer than the coronavirus pandemic, since 2000 in fact.
Extracts from the WHO’s article
“Noncommunicable diseases now make up 7 of the world’s top 10 causes of death.”
“Heart disease now represents 16% of total deaths from all causes.”
“Deaths from diabetes increased by 70% globally between 2000 and 2019, with an 80% rise in deaths among males.”
What causes Non-Communicable Diseases?
“Tobacco use, physical inactivity, the harmful use of alcohol and unhealthy diets all increase the risk of dying from a NCD.”
“Children, adults and the elderly are all vulnerable to the risk factors contributing to NCDs, whether from unhealthy diets, physical inactivity, exposure to tobacco smoke or the harmful use of alcohol.”
“Unhealthy diets and a lack of physical activity may show up in people as raised blood pressure, increased blood glucose, elevated blood lipids and obesity.”
“1.6 million deaths annually can be attributed to insufficient physical activity.”
