Question for this week
What do you think of Pungra having a slogan? Tha kar ke!
We had a little play with it last week in Southall. The slogan I have in mind is “tha kar ke” which from Punjabi loosely translates as “do it with vigour”. Since Pungra is about high intensity/vigour intervals, then it seems fitting. What do you think? Come and discuss on our Telegram group http://t.me/discusspungra (they’re not scanning your profile and sharing it with Mr Zuckerberg, unlike a certain other platform whose name rhymes with WhatsSlap).

We’ve been helping people around the world exercise to Punjabi music at home since 2013. The videos have improved organically and in an ad hoc manner. The YouTube channel has had more than 2 million views.
For just £3 per month your donation will:
  • ensure the video quality improves both visually and the sound.

  • help the videos reach more people.
  • reward and recognise people for exercising with Pungra.
In return you will receive:
  • voting rights to choose which music is used in upcoming videos.
  • the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping Pungra stay alive, and even thrive.
