It’s a fantastic read to help you get super clear on the steps (the gap) it takes to get people from point A to B.
HEAR it because in this podcast, Scott Belsky the founder of Behance talks about the concept of “first mile” and how to navigate through the first few hurdles. He believes the key to keeping your product simple over time is to not lose empathy for new users and to consistently optimize and revisit your product’s first mile.
TRY it because Y Combinator wants to make it easier for people to start companies and this MOOC is a move toward that goal. The course begins April 5th, 2017.
