We send this letter to people we've had contact with or people we think are interested in us and our music. Updates about music, tours and media. If we're wrong, we're sorry, then don't hesitate and unsubscribe! All the best, Pip, Tender, Darek, Gini.

What a year this has been. Incredible. We’ve had so many special events and meetings that it is impossible to mention them all. Here we bring you a small selection. Thanks all for supporting us!
Very special thanks go out to: Alex Edwards, Pete Heywoode, Sophie Roberts, Charlie Myatt, Paul Spraggon, David Newgarden, Dave Mccracken, Dillip Harris, Al Harle, Suzanne Stevens, Pien Feith, Alex Huis in ‘t Veld, Vincent Polak, Corné Bos, Casper van der Lans, Camiel Muiser, Willem Smit, Erwin Blom, Leonieke Daalder and all at Heavenly!
Have a look at some of our highlights, it looks like 2019 is going to be even more crazy than 2018 has been ;-) More on that next year!

Playing ESNS
We love Eurosonic Noorderslag, it’s a great festival in Groningen. One of our highlights this year was playing in De Kroeg van Klaas. Playing on a pool table, there’s a first for everything! We’re happy to be back in Groningen next year for ESNS!
A UK tour with Sportsteam
We love the Nice Swan family, here pictured in London after a gig in London. We did a great tour with Sports Team, friends for life!
Playing Best Kept Secret
We played a lot of festivals and a lot of them were fun, but of course it’s very special to play one of the big festivals in your home country: Best Kept Secret!
A European tour with The Breeders
Of all the highlights, this must be the ultimate highlight. We love the music of the Breeders and touring through Europe with them was great!
Being on the A-list of BBC 6-music
From the start we’ve had a lot of love from BBC 6music and Radio 1. We made it onto the A-list with Pussycat. And we did get a lot of love from other stations around the world as well. We were 3FM Talent in the Netherlands, got playlisted by Triple J in Australia and were number 20 in the College Radio Charts in the United States, to name a few!
Releasing our 4-track EP Paycheck
Paycheck was a collaboration between Nice Swan Records (Pete and Alex thanks!) and Persona Non Grata from the United States. So nice to hold the vinyl in your hands. David Newgarden and his team (Persona Non Grata) have been helping us enormously with raving reviews in for example Rolling Stone and Stereogum as a result. Thanks so much! Haven’t bought your copy yet? Find all distributors on our website!
Signing with Heavenly
People have been asking us a lot ‘when will you release your debut album?’ Yes, we took our time. We wanted it to be on the right label. We think the wonderful Heavenly is the right label! So here you see our champagne moment. Looking forward to working with the team. But you still have to wait … ;-) We recorded the album, it will be with you in quarter 2 of 2019!
Sold out gigs on our first headline UK tour
Our 4th gig ever was in the UK. We’ve played there a lot there since. And every visit the clubs were a little more filled with people than the tour before. On our first headline tour this year we saw the first sold out gigs in for example London and Manchester. Nice!
Winning a Music Moves Europe Talent Award
There are a lot of great bands around. So winning a Music Moves Europe Talent Award is not nothing. In the same month we won this price we heard that we are nominated for an Edison, a Dutch version of the Brit Awards of Grammy Awards. In februari we will know if we’ve won.
Lots of love from you on Spotify
People played us a lot on all the streaming platforms, we hope you all keep on doing that!
And a lot of gigs to come!
There is so much more to come, but we will be doing these gigs for sure!
