A bit about UX-Design and a bit what keeps me ticking.

Hi there! it’s been a while.
Ofcourse i’ve been busy but that didn’t account for the lack of newsletters. It was only of last week that i find myself really struck by an article about DesignOps (sounds rat right?).
I’m working in a development/agile sprint setting again and yet again realise the ongoing struggle between design and development. A different heartbeat, different goals, a ‘century old dillema’. And then I read the DesingOps Handbook talking about the 'anti-agile, pro-design’. No, it’s not supposed to be a us vs them culture, but understanding the differences helps us allot in getting to that product all the users really want. And creates some happy designers (and developers) along the way.
