New Zealand and Australia have opened up a travel bubble, and I’m so excited to return to NZ! I’m sure many of you know I just adore visiting the Kiwis - and looking at the amount of people who’ve already reached out to book in a session, they adore me as well.

I just finished watching What We Do In The Shadows and I can’t recommend it enough! If you’re after a fun, light-hearted show that doesn’t take itself too seriously, make sure you check it out - it’s a mockumentary that follows a group of vampires in their daily lives and is such a blast.

After having it sitting on my bookshelf for months, I’ve finally started reading Another Roadside Attraction - it’s one of the few Tom Robbins books I hadn’t read before and I’m enjoying it immensely. His prose and wit is so unlike any other author I’ve come across. If you’re not familiar with his work, I recommend trying Jitterbug Perfume or Still Life With Woodpecker (which is the book that gave me the idea for my tattoo!).

On the drive up to Sydney I started listening to the latest podcast from Serial, called The Improvement Association. It’s a brand new show about election fraud in America - I’m sure many of you are sick of hearing about this topic but I adore Zoe Chace’s style of reporting and how she tells the story. If you’ve enjoyed the other Serial podcasts, or are a fan of This American Life, you really ought to check it out.
