Hope Street - Issue #1

Out of adversity, some great thinking and content is starting to emerge, but it’s getting increasingly difficult to find and to filter the noise. We thought we’d help you with this problem & curate a weekly newsletter of the best content out there. Hope Street is your weekly source for an optimistic future.
We’re collaborators who’ve always championed that there is a better way to run our organisations than the one dominated by outdated 20th century thinking. We’ve spent our recent careers trying to cajole and convince and have taken a conscious decision to approach today’s extraordinary context through an optimistic lens. We see an opportunity to re-energise the debate about human-centric organisations and societies.
We think this newsletter is for all those, regardless of functional tribe or background, who share this passion for seizing this opportunity and who want to truly engage with it.
Who are we ?
Barry Flack
Barry’s a seasoned HR pro and has been challenging us for some time now, in his own inimitable style, to rethink our prevailing approach to organisations and our adoption of workplace technology.
Perry Timms
Perry’s founder of PTHR, adviser, author and speaker on the transformative power of people professionals; championing Next Stage Organisations and helping create better business for a better world
Kirsten Buck
Kirsten is Head of Research & External Vigilance at People & Transformational HR, having 10 years experience within learning & development, training and thought leadership event organisations.
