The Founders

April 26 · Issue #3 · View online

Thanks for all your feedback from last week. Just validating my assumption that the topics we discuss in “The Founders” are relevant for you. So keep them coming @ pdz@startupbootcamp.org.
Last week I mentioned this issue would be about “Funding”. I decided however to postpone that issue a few weeks and talk about Co Founders and Founders salaries instead. Why ? Because I see many issues between co founders pre-, in- or post programs. Issues that take attention away from building a great company. If the founders are not aligned on vision, there is no trust or “bad” or even no communication you will fail. There are always exemptions to the rule but founders issues always slow your startup down. A must read on this is Hatching Twitter: A True Story of Money, Power, Friendship, and Betrayal
You can also find some of the articles below in our Startupbootcamp alumni communities on google +. If you are a Startupbootcamp alumni and do not have access to the alumni groups contact marc@startupbootcamp.org.
Enjoy the weekend (working..) & happy reading.
Onwards!
Patrick
